Sprouts San Francisco opens new Santa Monica location
This organic emporium with 7 stores on the east and west coast now has an outpost in Los Angeles. With locations already in San Francisco, Chicago, Brooklyn and Salt Lake City, the new spot is perfectly suited to the family neighborhood vibe in Santa Monica. They took over the former Peek Kids store on popular Montana Avenue, where you can find restaurants nearby and easy street parking.
The space itself is airy and open and feels very similar to other Sprout stores. Parents can expect to find a good assortment of organic baby and toddler clothes, non-toxic toys and nursery essentials. On a recent visit, they had tons of pajamas from favorites like L’oved Baby, KicKee Pants, MilkBarn and a personal favorite, Skylar Luna. They also had an impressive collection of Sprout exclusives from Kate Quinn and Oeuf, including a huge baby layette selection.
Kids won’t be disappointed here when they see the wall of toys, including wooden options and lots of vehicles. There were a few displays around encouraging kids to engage and play, which is always helpful to keep them busy while you shop. Definitely a good spot to pick up gift items you know are all natural and vetted.
