It’s impossible not to smile when you walk into Little. Contrary to the name, the shop is definitely not small. Set on one of Portland’s historic downtown seaport streets, it’s a well curated space with soaring ceilings and original brick walls. It’s one of the best designed kids stores I’ve been to and the merchandiser deserves admirable credit. There’s a good assortment of baby and kidswear brands from classic, to modern and minimalist. Mixed in throughout are wide shelves and tables stocked with quality toys from Maileg, Candylab, Raduga Grez and Ooly. The website is just as impressive for browsing and has developed an extremely loyal community across the US that raves about quick shipping and customer service.
