There’s a cool laid back Cali vibe with a focus on comfortable organic fabrics, unisex styles and a signature earthy palette. They’ve evolved into an ethical lifestyle brand through the years, with kids, womens, accessories and an eco home and toy division.

They use all natural materials, including organic cotton and hemp/organic blend. Their organic cotton is GOTS certified. They also use water based ink and low impact dyes. Materials are sourced from certified mills in India, China and Los Angeles and production is done locally in Los Angeles. Factories aren’t certified but being local they visit regularly to ensure proper oversight. Their factories also comply with USA labor laws.
Their fabric scraps are upcycled into small accessories and home goods. They work closely with their factory to use past season leftover fabrics to make small runs of popular styles. They use eco-friendly packaging and either recyled or recyclable materials for all shipments. In store they use reusable bags for purchases. They do use individual bags for shipping items, but they are made from cornstarch and recycled plastic. Go Gently Nation answered all our questions about company practices and were easy to reach for follow up.
